Sun Reality Does It Right Sun Reality was great during or entire stay, reached out to us to see if we needed anything and issued a refund for an incident that occurred on our stay.

Few minor issues but had a wonderful time House was ready for occupancy close to expected time of check-in. Did have issue with keyless side door keypad which had rusted and stopped working. Had to call maintenance which removed and gave us a key which we had to return at check out, having to change our direction of leaving the island and adding mileage to our trip. Office staff seemed confused as to why we had a key and didn't have notes documenting issue occurred.

Great house, great location, mattress killed my back. This is a great house in a great location. Loved the views. Sunrise was beautiful. We walked to nearby restaurants. The rustic bedrooms were fun and the updated kitchen and bathrooms very nice. The problem was the mattress in the master bedroom was so worn out that the sag was almost like a hammock. After three nights I had to move to another room where the mattress was better. My back hurt the rest of the week. The couch and loveseat in the living room are also saggy to the point of discomfort. It was great other than that.

Great Spring Stay Nice little house right on the beach with clear views of the waves. Perfect for our family to enjoy in the early spring!

Sunshine with Sun Realty There hasn't been nicer people. We've had several companies through the years and Sun hands down is the best!! Plus everyone you send in for any reason is exceptional. Everyone is always polite, kind, personable and just wonderful to work with. And the homeowners in our particular place have been spectacular.
