Sunshine with Sun Realty There hasn't been nicer people. We've had several companies through the years and Sun hands down is the best!! Plus everyone you send in for any reason is exceptional. Everyone is always polite, kind, personable and just wonderful to work with. And the homeowners in our particular place have been spectacular.

Few minor issues but had a wonderful time House was ready for occupancy close to expected time of check-in. Did have issue with keyless side door keypad which had rusted and stopped working. Had to call maintenance which removed and gave us a key which we had to return at check out, having to change our direction of leaving the island and adding mileage to our trip. Office staff seemed confused as to why we had a key and didn't have notes documenting issue occurred.

Would recommend! Welington by the Sea: Pros: - lots of space - Small building not too many people - Updated nicely - Great location at OBX - Everything you need in kitchen! - Grounds, pool, all well-equipped - Lifeguard stand very close - Games, dvds, smart TV all really nice! - Stuff for babies like high chair and pack and play - Outdoor showers!! - Breezeway nice storage for beach things Cons: - pot smoking neighbor - Electrical super outdated - Garages/parking areas too small - Broken elevator twice, during check out was incredibly difficult - Fan in kids room is incredibly loud - Furniture on beach side deck super uncomfortable

Our experience with Sun Realty was… Our experience with Sun Realty was great. The website and keyless entry were convenient and easy to use. The reminder emails were helpful and when the tropical storm was about to hit, they gave us a checklist of things to take care of. While not having been through a storm (other than of the snow variety) we found it useful. The team at Sun Realty were attentive to our needs and they were there to make sure our vacation was amazing! We can’t wait to go back.

Large spacious house and pool Large spacious house and pool. I would highly recommend that you go to keyless entry. Also, whoever cleans the house should throughly clean vents quarterly or at a minimum bi-annually. Check function of drains, plungers should be intact and functional, pool area swept and free or sand. Pool items intact, functional and organized in pool storage bin. Spigot and hose on carport that is in working order. Check for pests, kitchen had tiny ants, if seen, call exterminator
