Working with James was like having my big brother look after my best interests. My ex husband and I had a house that we needed to sell ASAP. The house was in great need of repair and updating and James was very instrumental in helping us decide what HAD to be done and what would be nice to be done. He helped us decide how much to spend on projects so that we wouldn't be over improving and price ourselves out of the current market. And James suggested some improvements that would help the house sell very quickly once it was on the market.
