Working with James was like having my big brother look after my best interests. My ex husband and I had a house that we needed to sell ASAP. The house was in great need of repair and updating and James was very instrumental in helping us decide what HAD to be done and what would be nice to be done. He helped us decide how much to spend on projects so that we wouldn't be over improving and price ourselves out of the current market. And James suggested some improvements that would help the house sell very quickly once it was on the market. James kept in very close contact with us and was well prepared when the house was completed and had already had a "coming soon" sign in the yard. He designed flyers and listings so just pictures needed to be added when the house was staged. James arranged an open house the very first weekend the house was listed and it sold the first week. I am very grateful for James' assistance and expertise and I would recommend him to family or friend.

James was very patient and walked us through every step of the home buying process. He set our expectations clearly and even explained steps of the mortgage process. When we finally made a choice on a house and put in an offer, James offered counsel on how much to offer, what to expect, and negotiated us a great price. He even went above and beyond and negotiated the sellers pay for a one year home warranty. James held our hands throughout this entire process and was a wonderful Realtor. I would recommend him to friends, family, and you. If we ever move again (we are still unpacking so at this point that seems unlikely) we will use him again, FOR SURE!
