Why doesn't ever agent provide this handy tool? For a busy person like me this was awesome. Kept me informed of changes in a timely manner. When the closing was delayed by the seller he listened to my complaining and gave soothing responses. And then, at the closing he presented me with fab chocolates and wine - wonderful!
