Then when we found a great match, James advised a strategy to make my offer appealing to the seller with multiple offers pending. He recommended an experienced home inspector that was super reasonable and helped me to select those items for the seller to fix without alienating them. James sent a helpful timeline and list of numbers so I could complete all the necessary details before closing. It was a super easy close thanks to his guidance. I would recommend James to anyone buying in this "hot" market....you need a pro to compete and close the deal.
