Newbie going through the course I am a newbie going through the course. All the classes are informative I love being able to watch you walk through the process of everything. In the beginning I did get overwhelmed with all the deferent apps that have to be utilized, and I got worried about the costs of the subscriptions and mailers etc. I think telling people about some of the upfront costs needed may help prepare them more. For me I think I will need to create a step by step instruction manual so I do not forget the process order of things and what apps to utilize for pricing etc. I think having a document on what is necessary to purchase or subscribe to when someone first starts would help too. For example Mapright has different subscriptions, knowing if I need the basic subscription or the premium subscription would help. But overall the communication is great the response time to answers in discord it really good. I'm nervous to do my first mailers but I do feel the course has prepared me.

Goal setting call Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions during the goal setting call. He made me feel more informed and relaxed about where I'm am in the course, and how to move forward in this venture.

Best In Class Ron and Dan have built a great community for experienced and new investors, with direct access to the founders. There are other groups for land but many are either inactive or an excuse for the owners to upsell their 5 figure coaching programs. LIO is different and for investors who want to see everyone win and help each other find, buy and sell their deals.

It's never too late to start The information in the course is informative and easy to understand. It pushes you to take action while keeping you focused on proper decision making techniques which will you help build and scale a truly legitimate business. I had my doubts at first, but now I'm 100% invested!
