Best In Class Ron and Dan have built a great community for experienced and new investors, with direct access to the founders. There are other groups for land but many are either inactive or an excuse for the owners to upsell their 5 figure coaching programs. LIO is different and for investors who want to see everyone win and help each other find, buy and sell their deals.

The Apke brothers come across as…genuine and transparent The Apke brothers come across as genuine and transparent, there course is straight forward with an active discord community full of wisdom and knowledge, there are more than enough videos of the Apke brothers doing actual deals in the course for reference. I'm new to real estate but so far appears to be a great start for me, really appreciate the course and the Apke brothers.

Best Land investing course out there This has been the best land investing course I’ve ever purchased in terms of information and openness from the Apke brothers. It’s easy to follow and there’s no guessing work. Just do as the coursework says to do! They really do provide the blueprint to their business.
