Best Land investing course out there This has been the best land investing course I’ve ever purchased in terms of information and openness from the Apke brothers. It’s easy to follow and there’s no guessing work. Just do as the coursework says to do! They really do provide the blueprint to their business.

Newbie going through the course I am a newbie going through the course. All the classes are informative I love being able to watch you walk through the process of everything. In the beginning I did get overwhelmed with all the deferent apps that have to be utilized, and I got worried about the costs of the subscriptions and mailers etc. I think telling people about some of the upfront costs needed may help prepare them more. For me I think I will need to create a step by step instruction manual so I do not forget the process order of things and what apps to utilize for pricing etc. I think having a document on what is necessary to purchase or subscribe to when someone first starts would help too. For example Mapright has different subscriptions, knowing if I need the basic subscription or the premium subscription would help. But overall the communication is great the response time to answers in discord it really good. I'm nervous to do my first mailers but I do feel the course has prepared me.
