Newbie going through the course I am a newbie going through the course. All the classes are informative I love being able to watch you walk through the process of everything. In the beginning I did get overwhelmed with all the deferent apps that have to be utilized, and I got worried about the costs of the subscriptions and mailers etc. I think telling people about some of the upfront costs needed may help prepare them more. For me I think I will need to create a step by step instruction manual so I do not forget the process order of things and what apps to utilize for pricing etc. I think having a document on what is necessary to purchase or subscribe to when someone first starts would help too. For example Mapright has different subscriptions, knowing if I need the basic subscription or the premium subscription would help. But overall the communication is great the response time to answers in discord it really good. I'm nervous to do my first mailers but I do feel the course has prepared me.

Course aside, you can learn so much from just asking questions and looking at other peoples questions and answers. The course is amazing and a must buy if you want to propel your success, Ron and Dan are amazing teachers and make the process super simple. Even when you have completed the course the weekly webinars bring continuous learning so you never feel like you are at a stand still and when I see other peoples deals being reviewed I get extremely motivated to go get my own!
