Newbie going through the course I am a newbie going through the course. All the classes are informative I love being able to watch you walk through the process of everything. In the beginning I did get overwhelmed with all the deferent apps that have to be utilized, and I got worried about the costs of the subscriptions and mailers etc. I think telling people about some of the upfront costs needed may help prepare them more. For me I think I will need to create a step by step instruction manual so I do not forget the process order of things and what apps to utilize for pricing etc. I think having a document on what is necessary to purchase or subscribe to when someone first starts would help too. For example Mapright has different subscriptions, knowing if I need the basic subscription or the premium subscription would help. But overall the communication is great the response time to answers in discord it really good. I'm nervous to do my first mailers but I do feel the course has prepared me.

I'm new to real estate but so far appears to be a great start for me, really appreciate the course and the Apke brothers.

The course is great and very affordable compared to other similar courses. I have learned so much from the program and have gained a lot of knowledge through the weekly calls.
