They take no responsibility and even thought they don’t charge money themselves, most websites you get transferred to (such as rooming.nl) DO charge you lots of money for being able to respond. Websites like this where only scams happen should be deleted

Appartment is great but communication can be tedious In the end everything worked out. Communiication can be a bit tedious however. Average response time is probably around 2 days, got my check-in information after multiple requests on the day of arrival.
