DEbiggest scam ever Changed business model? TRUSTED partnered? Such as rooming.nl, the biggest scam ever. They take no responsibility and even thought they don’t charge money themselves, most websites you get transferred to (such as rooming.nl) DO charge you lots of money for being able to respond. Websites like this where only scams happen should be deleted

DEExcellent Customer Service I was frustrated when I started to search for my temporary apartment in Berlin mainly because of the fact that there were dozens of scams around and little to zero assistance from the listing websites. With the current migration crisis, it was even more challenging. Though, thanks to Nestpick and particularly with the aid of Gina Graziani, I was able to able to find my flat in a decent neighbourhood within 3 weeks and had the smoothest moving. I would highly recommend using Nestpick to anyone looking for their next nests.

DEHassle free, helpful staff. I recently moved to Berlin, as I had been offered a job in a role that was starting immediately which was awesome. What was not so awesome was the trial I had to go through to try and find a flat that wasn't either extortionately priced, or something that seemed a bit untrustworthy. I found nestpick after some searching and everything went swimmingly, I am now happily settled in a nice place in Wedding, that is affordable. The team was helpful (Diehdrik, I think thats how it is spelt, was the guy I talked to). Also Berlin is an amazing city, truly, couldn't be happier.

DEIt's the future I am so done with spending months searching for somewhere to live in a new city, as a linguist this really does not interest me. I got accepted quickly and was able to move there right away. The operators explained the process to me and assured me I would be guaranteed under 'Nest Assured' plus I don't really trust landlords so I was glad they had my deposit safe before I decided to I liked the flat. Winner!

BEThe entire process was confusing from… The entire process was confusing from the beginning, not enough information provided on the site for whom to contact (ie.landlord/ onsite contact, cancellation policy), issues trying to process our credit card to reserve the unit. There were multiple requests back and forth to confirm information. The landlord was very nice to accept our reservation as we had a cat and there was a no pet disclosure. Thank you! The apartment looked like the pictures, although was not clean when we arrived after a very long trip. Onsite staff should have taken care of this. I know that Netpick is not solely responsible for our very disappointing stay, as multiple parties are involved in such a booking.
