Hi i been staying in an apartment in… Hi i been staying in an apartment in Berlín that I found in netspick I really love this apartment is in good condition, it has a beautiful roof, and I love my room. One week ago before I arrived I haven’t had any home, so I start looking in netspick and it was so helpful no regrets , also they call me and help me explaining everything and how it works.

The entire process was confusing from… The entire process was confusing from the beginning, not enough information provided on the site for whom to contact (ie.landlord/ onsite contact, cancellation policy), issues trying to process our credit card to reserve the unit. There were multiple requests back and forth to confirm information. The landlord was very nice to accept our reservation as we had a cat and there was a no pet disclosure. Thank you! The apartment looked like the pictures, although was not clean when we arrived after a very long trip. Onsite staff should have taken care of this. I know that Netpick is not solely responsible for our very disappointing stay, as multiple parties are involved in such a booking.

Nestpick was amazing for helping me… Nestpick was amazing for helping me find a place to stay while I was working remotely. I did not want to sign a one-year lease so having a flexible long-term stay was important. I was able to relocate easily and find something worked in my budget.

Once the process was underway it was also clear how it will be managed and they did not miss any detail in paperwork and handing the keys. The flat itself was as advertised with all its details, clean and ready for us. Recommended!

They take no responsibility and even thought they don’t charge money themselves, most websites you get transferred to (such as rooming.nl) DO charge you lots of money for being able to respond. Websites like this where only scams happen should be deleted
