GBAppartment is great but communication can be tedious In the end everything worked out. Communiication can be a bit tedious however. Average response time is probably around 2 days, got my check-in information after multiple requests on the day of arrival.

DEExcellent Customer Service I was frustrated when I started to search for my temporary apartment in Berlin mainly because of the fact that there were dozens of scams around and little to zero assistance from the listing websites. With the current migration crisis, it was even more challenging. Though, thanks to Nestpick and particularly with the aid of Gina Graziani, I was able to able to find my flat in a decent neighbourhood within 3 weeks and had the smoothest moving. I would highly recommend using Nestpick to anyone looking for their next nests.

Once the process was underway it was also clear how it will be managed and they did not miss any detail in paperwork and handing the keys. The flat itself was as advertised with all its details, clean and ready for us. Recommended!

BEThe entire process was confusing from… The entire process was confusing from the beginning, not enough information provided on the site for whom to contact (ie.landlord/ onsite contact, cancellation policy), issues trying to process our credit card to reserve the unit. There were multiple requests back and forth to confirm information. The landlord was very nice to accept our reservation as we had a cat and there was a no pet disclosure. Thank you! The apartment looked like the pictures, although was not clean when we arrived after a very long trip. Onsite staff should have taken care of this. I know that Netpick is not solely responsible for our very disappointing stay, as multiple parties are involved in such a booking.
