I got accepted quickly and was able to move there right away. The operators explained the process to me and assured me I would be guaranteed under 'Nest Assured' plus I don't really trust landlords so I was glad they had my deposit safe before I decided to I liked the flat. A scam All the promises of this company are lies - always avoid it. They never verify the properties even if they have the verified watermark (actually if you carefully read the fine print they themselves admit it). They do not verify or hold themselves responsible to information provided by the landlords etc. Nestpick is basically just Craigslist that lets you pay for contacting other people. Moreover if you will look at some of their 5star Facebook reviews you will see that they are from their own employees which is seriously low.
