It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. We're not new to buying and selling… We're not new to buying and selling properties, however this latest one has not done as well on my fsbo listing on Zillow alone. After listing with Realmart, we received a number of calls for viewings. Management was every helpful and answered/resolved my questions quickly and efficiently.
