We're not new to buying and selling… We're not new to buying and selling properties, however this latest one has not done as well on my fsbo listing on Zillow alone. After listing with Realmart, we received a number of calls for viewings. Management was every helpful and answered/resolved my questions quickly and efficiently.

Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. I would certainly recommend them and, use their services AGAIN. Thank you, Realmart!

Company takes nearly 24hours to forward… Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We are selling a 2nd house with… We are selling a 2nd house with Realmart. Customer service is excellent and very quick in response time. Process is simple and if you don't understand something or have an issue Nancy Montella was great in resolving it!

Thus far it's been a good… Thus far it's been a good experience.They have responded promtly to our questions and concerns and the staff had been curtious and and has guided well through the process of selling our home.
