GBBy far the best way for do it yourselfers This is by far the best, low cost way for a seller to get their home on multiple listing. This is a perfect option for a homeowner who doesn't need assistance on the sell end and can handle all of the initial paperwork and contract negotiations on their own. The package options are great in that you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs. Jack Yao and his team offer support as needed and even our lawn sign came quicker than we expected. By the way, as soon as we went on to MLS, we got non-stop calls and had a signed contract within 5 days of listing through Realmart Realty.

GBWas misled after the first call Was misled after the first call. Then received a very hard sell from local real estate person who we ended up being disappointed with. Did not even show for the closing or call in advance to say they would not be there, but called afterward to ask where her closing check was. Would not use this service again.

GBThus far it's been a good… Thus far it's been a good experience. They have responded promtly to our questions and concerns and the staff had been curtious and and has guided well through the process of selling our home. In our first week two perspective buyers have requested a showing of our house. Thank you so mich for keeping us informed. Angel and dorcas. Have a nice day.

GBRealty Mart Does it Again We have turned to Realty Mart to sell our last two homes. Their process has continued to evolve but their service is still first class. They make it easy for responsible sellers to represent their own properties for sale. Realty Mart functions as a sellers broker and provides the same support as any local realtor. We are thrilled with Realty Mart and look for Jack Yao’s name on other houses on the market.

GBDoes not respect your privacy! Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. Turns out they bought another company which I did use a half decade ago, and decided to spam me asking for a review. Here’s your review - Enjoy!
