GBDoes not respect your privacy! Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. Turns out they bought another company which I did use a half decade ago, and decided to spam me asking for a review. Here’s your review - Enjoy!

GBTheir level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. I would certainly recommend them and, use their services AGAIN. Thank you, Realmart!

GBI had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Realmart. If you want to sell your home on your own and without a realtor, Realmart is the answer. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!

GBTake the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.

GBHad a good experience using realmart Had a good experience using realmart. I would use this service again. One thing to keep in mind you have to upload all the docs as you go through the process. Contract, changes after attorney review, docs related to any negotiation after home inspection, etc. You will get an email from realmart if you don't so they stay on top of your listing.
