Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. Realmart offers a unique product for… Realmart offers a unique product for sellers- the ability to list a property on the MLS directly, show the house yourself, and save at least half on typical selling commissions. Realmart's system made it easy to keep the listing up to date, and the staff was responsive to questions. I highly recommend Realmart.

We're not new to buying and selling… We're not new to buying and selling properties, however this latest one has not done as well on my fsbo listing on Zillow alone.
