good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well

I had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Realmart. If you want to sell your home on your own and without a realtor, Realmart is the answer. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!

Does not respect your privacy! Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. Turns out they bought another company which I did use a half decade ago, and decided to spam me asking for a review. Here’s your review - Enjoy!

Company takes nearly 24hours to forward… Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've recommended realmart to multiple… I've recommended realmart to multiple friends since selling my home. If you're in a good market where your home is going to sell easily then you'd be crazy not to do a little more work and try to sell it through a broker and save yourself 2-3%
