By far the best way for do it yourselfers This is by far the best, low cost way for a seller to get their home on multiple listing. This is a perfect option for a homeowner who doesn't need assistance on the sell end and can handle all of the initial paperwork and contract negotiations on their own. The package options are great in that you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs. Jack Yao and his team offer support as needed and even our lawn sign came quicker than we expected. By the way, as soon as we went on to MLS, we got non-stop calls and had a signed contract within 5 days of listing through Realmart Realty.

Highly recommend Easy process, great resources and responsive customer service. Our listing sold in 6 days for asking, so all in all a good experience. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the MLS listing erroneously stated that it may be a short sale, despite us checking the NO box on the listing documents we submitted. They did correct it quickly and it did not affect us getting a great response and quick sale.

You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!

Does not respect your privacy! Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. Did not even show for the closing or call in advance to say they would not be there, but called afterward to ask where her closing check was. Would not use this service again.
