GBTheir level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. GBCouple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. I did accidentally mark short sale but the following question asked same thing and that was marked standard sale so someone should of contacted me since the two answers contradicted themselves.

GBI've recommended realmart to multiple… I've recommended realmart to multiple friends since selling my home. If you're in a good market where your home is going to sell easily then you'd be crazy not to do a little more work and try to sell it through a broker and save yourself 2-3%
