Best rent service ever I came to Dubai as an expat and found this rent service on a Facebook group. For my budget there was a bedspace available and I was really nervous about having to share with a neighbor but managers convinced me to come for a viewing. The conditions turned out to be great and my neighbor is a nice lady so I don’t feel any discomfort from coliving with her. Our sharing is 5bdr, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies and all the common areas are being cleaned weekly. In my opinion, these are luxurious conditions for sharing. Infrastructure is also great: there’s a gym, a pool and parking in the tower. The beach is in 5 minutes

I moved to Dubai as my company moved… I moved to Dubai as my company moved our office here. I rented the apartment wit Colife and am happy with it. My Dubai Marina flat with 1 bedroom is cozy and stylish. I rented it for 11 months with all bills, maintenance and support 24/7. Thank you Colife for free community events too

Exceptional service! Karina from Colife had a thorough knowledge of our neighborhood and the current market. She expertly provided us with analysis and ROI calculations, and explained how Colife would work with our property, how they would look for tenants, and what guarantees were in place for landlords. Because of their expertise, we were quickly under contract. We couldn't be happier.

My experience has been great! My experience with Colife has been great. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The move-in process was quick and efficient, and the terms of the contract were reasonable. The all-included feature is rather convenient. The building itself is new. The location of my apartment is also perfect and my requests were totally fulfilled: it's not far from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, transport and mall. I can totally recommend renting with Colife!
