My experience in COLIFE AE I’ve already gotten so tired of pictures not matching reality and communicating with owners who would rent out their objects a day before my arrival by the time I came across Colife, that I didn’t have any expectations at all. However all my accommodation issues were solved within a couple of days. The apartment was really fully-furnished so I didn’t have to purchase a single additional thing which feels great. I live in a beautiful one-bedroom apartment and everything here is clean and fresh, no mustiness at all. Didn’t face any hidden costs and all the bills are being paid without my participation, the deposit was also adequate. Would recommend renting from them if you prefer getting maximum value of your money

Nice experience Having engaged Colife for property management in Downtown Dubai, I've found their services to be dependable. They maintain the property well, and the selection of tenants has been reasonable. Rent collection is efficient, and the team is responsive to queries. Though there might be occasional delays in addressing concerns, Colife provides a solid option for landlords in Downtown Dubai seeking reliable property management.

We were 5 minutes late in checking out… We were 5 minutes late in checking out and the landlord threatened to call the police on us. (We were already on our way out). She stood there and yelled at as we were trying to organise our luggage to leave. No respect whatsoever.

Great service I wanted to thank these guys for helping me with relocating to Dubai and answering all my questions. I was offered multiple options for my budget and was able to choose the most attractive one for me for a good price. Best rent service ever I came to Dubai as an expat and found this rent service on a Facebook group. For my budget there was a bedspace available and I was really nervous about having to share with a neighbor but managers convinced me to come for a viewing. The conditions turned out to be great and my neighbor is a nice lady so I don’t feel any discomfort from coliving with her. Our sharing is 5bdr, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies and all the common areas are being cleaned weekly. In my opinion, these are luxurious conditions for sharing. Infrastructure is also great: there’s a gym, a pool and parking in the tower. The beach is in 5 minutes
