I decided to extend and after that they decided to increase the rent by 1000 by saying that its high season period ( september 2023 ) and without having informing in advance about this possibility. I thought they were professionals and a trustworthy choice. Plus very bad cleaning service.

Best rent service ever I came to Dubai as an expat and found this rent service on a Facebook group. For my budget there was a bedspace available and I was really nervous about having to share with a neighbor but managers convinced me to come for a viewing. The conditions turned out to be great and my neighbor is a nice lady so I don’t feel any discomfort from coliving with her. Our sharing is 5bdr, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies and all the common areas are being cleaned weekly. In my opinion, these are luxurious conditions for sharing. Infrastructure is also great: there’s a gym, a pool and parking in the tower. The beach is in 5 minutes
