Great Location, Affordable Price We stayed in a small but efficient room with clean bathroom and queen bed. The location was phenomenal and couldn't be beat for the price. The space was perfect for a two people to wash up, sleep and enjoy a couple of cups of coffee before heading out for the day and returning just in time to hit the sack. Michael, our host, was very responsive to any and all requests.

Great Extended Stay My stay was quiet, comfortable and convenient. Was able to successfully work remotely Monday - Friday and walk to the nearby grocery store for easy food purchases and Amazon orders from the locker. Bathroom is private and the room is secluded and clean. Great stay for remote workers needing somewhere quiet, private and affordable.

Visiting Seattle alone can be… Visiting Seattle alone can be overwhelming for some people when traveling at night. My check in was easy and communication was always there. I loved flying in late knowing there was some snacks and a kettle for hot tea waiting for me. The location is great and the 5 bus is literally at your door step making it easy for transportation. My room was extremely clean in a quiet safe location. My bed was amazing and loved having a mini refrigerator for snacks. Thank you again, for an excellent Seattle experience!

Avoid Loftium at all costs! We are currently at a loftium and will never be using their services again. Their customer service is not existent, there is no number to call and they are not responding to our emails. We stayed at place that ended up having broken sink, little to no heating, the owners were up until 1:30am banging around loud enough to keep waking us up, and water started pouring down from the ceiling from two different places due to a toilet overflowing from their unit above. This company has no accountability and has not responded to any of our emails. We now are leaving the unit early to get an Airbnb. I would avoid loftium at all costs.

Great company for opportunity We've really liked our time working with Loftium. They enabled us to live somewhere we otherwise wouldn't be able to afford in this market and give our kids a home to live in, in addition to earning some extra income and be able to meet so many great people. Loftium overall is very easy to work with and their platform has made so much improvement and advances since we started working with them in 2018. We look forward to continuing with them and hope they flourish across the country, helping people just like us.
