Would definitely recommend! I loved my stay in “the skinny suite”! It was a perfect location and set up. I was able to work remotely via the convenient desk area and wi-fi, slept soundly since it was nice and quiet, and was able to walk to lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were respectful and communicative and I would highly recommend staying here!

The stay was fine and I left a positive… The stay was fine and I left a positive review on Airbnb (as all reasonable people should if everything goes mostly well), but whoever left the review on my profile decided to mention we left trash (which which we definitely did not?), and said we failed to follow other checkout rules. We spent a solid 30 minutes prior to exiting going over the checklist and ensuring everything was in great shape. Pretty lame if you ask me.

Second year with Loftium We’re going into our second year with Loftium. Their rental model really great if you’re up for the extra work of cleaning an Airbnb every few days or few week to earn the discounted rent. There were a few growing pains (which you should expect if you’ve never hosted an Airbnb before). But the support from Loftium is solid and we’ve found it to be the best rental deal you can get in a busy city.

Have had legitimately countless… Have had legitimately countless problems with this company and it’s Host to Own program. Between them refusing to do maintenance, leaving us and our extra unit without running water, to them over charging rent, to contact email or app changes every month making them impossible to get ahold of for help. Trust me, it is not worth it, no matter how easy or seamless they make it sound. They’ll leave you to solve every problem on your own while charging you into oblivion without discretion. Just do a traditional rental or buy with ANYONE. but them or Flyhomes, who now owns them. We’re now about to have to cancel our 3rd reservation this month because they will not fix the water. Save yourself, seriously.

Amazing Seattle vibes! We could not have been happier with our accommodations in Ballard! The space is perfect- very clean with fun decorative touches. We really appreciated the dog friendly nature, even dog treats available. The hosts were very available for recommendations (they also have an awesome website they created with ALL the good stuff in Seattle!). We really hope to stay here again!
