The stay was fine and I left a positive… The stay was fine and I left a positive review on Airbnb (as all reasonable people should if everything goes mostly well), but whoever left the review on my profile decided to mention we left trash (which which we definitely did not?), and said we failed to follow other checkout rules. We spent a solid 30 minutes prior to exiting going over the checklist and ensuring everything was in great shape. Pretty lame if you ask me.

Loftium makes our travel job/life easier! Loftium made our work in Seattle much easier. We live on the road, and work fiber all over the West side of the country. Staying in larger cities tends to cost an arm and a leg, and comes directly out of our contractor pay. We are so grateful there is a company making it possible to marry those with extra space looking to pad their income with those of us who need a decent, safe place to stay for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for what you do! Our stay with Beau and Victoria was easy, affordable, safe, comfortable, and pleasant. We will continue to look through loftium for future stays!

Visiting Seattle alone can be… Visiting Seattle alone can be overwhelming for some people when traveling at night. My check in was easy and communication was always there. I loved flying in late knowing there was some snacks and a kettle for hot tea waiting for me. The location is great and the 5 bus is literally at your door step making it easy for transportation. My room was extremely clean in a quiet safe location. My bed was amazing and loved having a mini refrigerator for snacks. Thank you again, for an excellent Seattle experience!

Great Place to Stay While in Denver Great place to stay if visiting Denver. Host are accommodating and helpful. Renting a car during your trip is no problem in regards to parking; place was safe and easy to park at. The place itself was homey, relaxing and all that you need to enjoy a trip to Denver. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

This spot was great This spot was great for me and my kiddo. Separate rooms and lots of space for activities. Carl and his partner were very kind and asked what we needed to make our stay better regularly. We had total privacy but always knew help was available. The location was also stellar as it was close to coffee shops, parks and restaurants.
