It's has lots of features that others… It's has lots of features that others don't. Customer service is Pawsome!! App & notifications can use some help - like notifications if the collar goes offline.... Some tweaking is needed. All in all - better than the rest, paws down!!

There's No Perfect Tracker Link seems to be the most user-friendly of all the GPS trackers. That said, the original collar device is bulky, heavy and not comfortable to wear for my dog (bulldog). The GPS tracking on Link and the 3 other devices I tried is not accurate and certainly not in real time. Link shows my dog is 200 ft to the left of my house but he's actually sitting at the door waiting to be let in.

Link's customer service is great Link's customer service is great! I also love that I am able to monitor my dogs activity and keep a record of our walks. I wish that I could integrate my dogs activity and exercise with mine in one app, but this is great for staying on top of keeping us booth healthy and active.

Wish I could give zero stars Purchased this item just over two weeks ago. First few days it worked, was actually fun to be able to see our pups activity level and location. However, not 10 days into it, and it stopped working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and there were no changes. The cellular connectivity and GPS satellite availability were just fine. The battery was fully charged so those aren't the issues. I’ve attempted to call the help number that is offered with this product numerous times, only to be redirected to an automated answering service that takes your number with a promise to return the call, I’m still waiting one week later. Also, there is an email provided as another option when help is needed, so I attempted to try that method to resolve this issue. Still no response. I’m not sure what my options are to get a refund at this point. Very disappointed!

Worse of the worse Worse of the worse. Fraud, fraud, fraud! Continued to charge my Visa after pet had passed. Try 4 years and never offered to fix the issue. On top of that just got an email that said they mistakenly billed me for another account because my address was close to the additional charge. Awful company and business practices!
