GBTerrific product Terrific product! Our female German Shepherd occasionally gets off our property. The Link AKC tracker alerts us when she leaves the safe zone so we can call her back before she takes off on a hunt. Customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this product.

GBThe App and collar do not work well The App and collar do not work well. My dog would be laying beside me and link collar/app would repeatedly indicate the dog was out side the boundaries then indicate he was back in the boundaries. There was never even an hour span that it worked correctly. When I ordered the collar the wrong size collar was sent. The company would not exchange the collar for the right size until I subscribed to service, even though they accidentally sent the wrong size. Overall the service and performance are unacceptable.

GBLinkAKC Needs to become “Gift Friendly!” I purchased two collars as gifts. While I hope the collars work, your process is not set up for people wanting to purchase the collar system and pre-pay a subscription. I even called your help line and got no help. While I made the purchases, I had to write checks to the gift recipients to prepay the one year subscriptions. Delivery of the gift collars also did not occur on the forecasted date. Very disappointing experience.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! So helpful and informative. Wonderful follow up on questions or concerns. The device is very user friendly. My rambunctious Lab likes to go on unsupervised walk about and now I can quickly track him. Peace of mind is wonderful! There are some Bluetooth glitches that sometimes notify a false indication that my dog is away- when he is not. However, the device will always be accurate when he really is away. So you have to assume the notification is right, and be relieved when he is not away. I have recommended Link to family members. Happy to have Link on my dogs collar M

GBWish I could give zero stars Purchased this item just over two weeks ago. First few days it worked, was actually fun to be able to see our pups activity level and location. However, not 10 days into it, and it stopped working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and there were no changes. The cellular connectivity and GPS satellite availability were just fine. The battery was fully charged so those aren't the issues. I’ve attempted to call the help number that is offered with this product numerous times, only to be redirected to an automated answering service that takes your number with a promise to return the call, I’m still waiting one week later. Also, there is an email provided as another option when help is needed, so I attempted to try that method to resolve this issue. Still no response. I’m not sure what my options are to get a refund at this point. Very disappointed!
