GBGood Luck!! The only reason I left 1 star is because we have to. I ordered the collar thinking it was the unit as well. Reading the reviews with the GPS being terrible I thought I was purchasing a unit that did everything the same except no GPS capabilities. That was not the case. Returning the item you have to call customer service. They send an email with the address ONLY. You also must provide a copy of the email and receipt in the package. It is December 11th. What "customer" wants to just drop anything in the mail with just your word that you sent it this time of year? Now your also paying for any piece of mind (proof of being sent). The reviews speak for the customers best interest in mind, NONE. Hope this helps if you're thinking of purchasing anything from this company.

GBFamily exercise challenge Family exercise challenge. The ability to see how much exercise our Boxador gets each day has turned into a fun family challenge. It is no surprise that Mom and Dad lead the pack in steps counted when walking the dog. We also regularly use the light when walking at night in our dark neighborhood. We have not needed the GPS tracking yet, but have tested and it worked great.

GBIt's has lots of features that others… It's has lots of features that others don't. Customer service is Pawsome!! App & notifications can use some help - like notifications if the collar goes offline.... Some tweaking is needed. All in all - better than the rest, paws down!!

GBWish I could give zero stars Purchased this item just over two weeks ago. First few days it worked, was actually fun to be able to see our pups activity level and location. However, not 10 days into it, and it stopped working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and there were no changes. The cellular connectivity and GPS satellite availability were just fine. The battery was fully charged so those aren't the issues. I’ve attempted to call the help number that is offered with this product numerous times, only to be redirected to an automated answering service that takes your number with a promise to return the call, I’m still waiting one week later. Also, there is an email provided as another option when help is needed, so I attempted to try that method to resolve this issue. Still no response. I’m not sure what my options are to get a refund at this point. Very disappointed!

GBWorse of the worse Worse of the worse. Fraud, fraud, fraud! Continued to charge my Visa after pet had passed. Try 4 years and never offered to fix the issue. On top of that just got an email that said they mistakenly billed me for another account because my address was close to the additional charge. Awful company and business practices!
