Link's customer service is great Link's customer service is great! I also love that I am able to monitor my dogs activity and keep a record of our walks. I wish that I could integrate my dogs activity and exercise with mine in one app, but this is great for staying on top of keeping us booth healthy and active.

Terrific product Terrific product! Our female German Shepherd occasionally gets off our property. The Link AKC tracker alerts us when she leaves the safe zone so we can call her back before she takes off on a hunt. Customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this product.

Defective device, no customer service, save your $$ It doesn’t charge right, constantly dies. It says it has a full charge and moments later it will die. Too expensive to be garbage. Reached out to the company for help or exchange for a working device or refund, and months later, still haven’t heard back. So frustrating. Save your money, there are a million similar devices through reputable companies that actually have customer service.

This is a bad product and worse company… This is a bad product and worse company do not buy. Sold me the collar and I live where AT&T cell service is not available then when I activated the collar then I find out it won't work never got any service they kept part of my activation fee because I was unable to call them back immediately to verify address but I had sent an email. And to make matters worse while I was trusting the collar to work the neighbor was shooting at my dog with a 9mm. These people suck and are crooks

Unbelievable customer service Unbelievable product and customer service! Nichole Hannigan Helped me through the process to connect my dog’s collar. I had difficulty understanding some instructions, but she politely and PATIENTLY helped me set up the device. Nichole checked with me through email and phone post set-up to make sure my dog’s collar was working accurately. I have never had such incredible service from any Company In my life.
