Unbelievable customer service Unbelievable product and customer service! Nichole Hannigan Helped me through the process to connect my dog’s collar. I had difficulty understanding some instructions, but she politely and PATIENTLY helped me set up the device. Nichole checked with me through email and phone post set-up to make sure my dog’s collar was working accurately. I have never had such incredible service from any Company In my life. I never received my order - updated I never received my order. First email, sent two weeks post-order, was not answered until I submitted a second email, four weeks post-order. Issue remains unresolved but is pending. Update 10/23 - Issue finally fixed & I received the product. Updated to three stars.

Collar doesn’t live up to expectations We haven’t been very impressed with the Link AKC collar. It will not allow us to modify our home base range, so every time our dog is in the farthest part of the yard, it says he’s left the property. It doesn’t hold a charge for up to 3 days, and the signal is weak for hiking and camping trips. The app will not allow us to take photos or add photos to our Adventures.

Defective device, no customer service, save your $$ It doesn’t charge right, constantly dies. It says it has a full charge and moments later it will die. Too expensive to be garbage. Reached out to the company for help or exchange for a working device or refund, and months later, still haven’t heard back. So frustrating. Save your money, there are a million similar devices through reputable companies that actually have customer service.

The App and collar do not work well The App and collar do not work well. My dog would be laying beside me and link collar/app would repeatedly indicate the dog was out side the boundaries then indicate he was back in the boundaries. There was never even an hour span that it worked correctly. When I ordered the collar the wrong size collar was sent. The company would not exchange the collar for the right size until I subscribed to service, even though they accidentally sent the wrong size. Overall the service and performance are unacceptable.
