AEManu is a truly a wonderful person Manu Monichan(DLP Engineer)is a truly a wonderful person. A couple of months ago we had an issue due to termites at home and it was sorted sorted out by Manu. Once again we faced the same termite problem in our home in couple of areas and he took necessary actions immediately upon our request and arranged the pest control team and the problem had been sorted out within 48 hours !! Thanks to Damac management for having supervisors like Manu which really helps tenants and owners to feel that we are at the right place!!

AECustomer service is horrible at solving… Customer service is horrible at solving a simple problem like merging two accounts in Damac living app. Took DLD 10 min to of the job. Days and no resolution. It has always been terrible but I thought things should get better with time

When I asked to see what options there were for 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments with my needs, they sent me their website where I could get the plans. you need to leave your details again in order to get back to them on whatsapp) you are selling luxury real estate, worse than traders on the market selling their trinkets. change the manager who answers in your messenger, you should be ashamed
