RUDE sales person Some sales guy from DAMAC called me without asking by email first if they could call. He was pushy and rude and I told him to email me because I don't like talking on the phone. He said "That's not how it works" . What an arrogant and rude sales agent. After that, I had no interest in dealing with them anymore. YOU ARE the one who wants my business and money, YOU don't make the rules. Don't know the name but the number I got called from is 044016963

Customer service is horrible at solving… Customer service is horrible at solving a simple problem like merging two accounts in Damac living app. Took DLD 10 min to of the job. Days and no resolution. It has always been terrible but I thought things should get better with time
