My experience in taking handover from… My experience in taking handover from Damac hills 2 ( camellia units) is very nice. Ms. Sadiya has co-operated a lot with sincerity. She helped to make the thing easier. My best wishes to Ms. Sadiya.

The worse company.living in damac… The worse company.living in damac waves,it s the dirtieest building i ve ever been.all the staff is unpolite and useless.especially the property manager mr Shaikh.they are protecting people they like and absolutely disinterested of others.very burocracy to avoid complain.they never want a face to face relationship but only trough app.every week change the supervisor which is normaly very lazy,promitting to fix issues but never reminding.huge problems of leackage from balconies,pipes and windows.maintenance not carried since years. The elevators are always out of order causing long waiting to get up down.bad smells are coming from pipes,as well insects also from the chute.parking are very dangerous.no illumination,very narrow and compeltely flood.also it s funny because they know about the ion but to show the resident they clean ,they go causing more flood and allagation.get boot before go there.price are partially reflect the building,which due the bad management is awful,despite the location.unfortunately the building are made from the management and the maintenance which here is less then zero
