Brett has top notch of professionalism Brett is the greatest property manager I have ever seen. He himself manages your properties and always keeps you posted and in touch. You always talk to himself (not secretaries) when you call him. He routinely checks the properties and handles any property problems as soon as possibly can. While most PM's are only looking into your pockets, he is a rare exception.

Horrible Account Statements New age is very friendly to work with, and they do a great job as property management. They get two stars because their accounting is ATROCIOUS. What I would like to get is a nice clean monthly statement for each unit that shows money coming in and money going out, like a bank statement. Instead, I receive multiple statements per month per unit. The statements do not identify which unit the statement is for. Sometimes units are combined on a statement, sometimes not. It takes me hours to go through all the statements and reconcile them, which makes me wonder why I'm paying for this?

Can't seem to get things done as requested We're a rather low maintenance client and rarely need any service. The few times we asked for help, both times were not done according to what we requested. 1. We asked for an estimate to install fire alarms, towel holders, etc. We didn't get an estimate but they went ahead and did the work without consent. 2. We asked for 2" blinds to be installed and 1" blinds got installed and we are having to pay extra to get the 2" blinds installed even though the original quote given was for the 2".

Brett is hardworking and knowledgable. After several real estate transactions, Brett Weldon has proven to be very knowledgable about our markets. We have both rented and purchased homes through him. On the rental side, he has responded to any problems promptly. Purchasing a home with him as our agent, has been equally as nice. He has proven time and again that he is there to help us, no matter the situation. Brett has gone to bat for us in various parts of the transaction from dealing with less helpful selling realtors to finance company questions. We would (and will) use him again in a heartbeat.
