Worst property manager company Worst property manager company ever.You pay them and all they do is defend the tenants every time they brake stuff in the house, if you think they are there to protect you &your propery you are for big dissapontment!!!!DONT USE THEM HOT GARBAGE...

I would recommend to EVERYONE Anne Kremer with New Age Real Estate exceptionally managed my rental property for three years. Being and owner was incredibly simple! She handled all tenant issues/concerns and when she need my involvement she came to me with solutions. Anne's communication and rapid responses made it easy for me to trust her and I never had to worry about what was happening with my property. When it came time to sell, Anne took the lead and managed the sale of my property. It was the easiest sale I have ever been a part of! Used to be called ERA Used them when they they were called ERA, would never use them again. Made several mistakes on their contract and charged me 5% commission for selling my house.

We found New Age Real Estate online and… We found New Age Real Estate online and called them to come meet with us and discuss selling. John met with us, photographed our condo and sold it within 10 days all during this pandemic. He is knowledgable, very friendly and super professional. We could't have asked for anything more and will definitely be using his services in the future. To anyone wanting an easy no hassle real estate experience John is your man!!!

ERA talks the talk but does not walk the walk! My ERA agent in Switzerland "talked the talk" without "walking the walk!" I had already an interested buyer, who had contacted me personally, when this particular agent came on board, talked up a good story, basically promising a much better outcome than the offer already made. In the end, and after much embarrassing fanfare, it turned out to be just fluff, or should I say, "bluff," and those very first people I had landed WITHOUT this particular agent, wound up getting the house for a price I could have easily negotiated myself! When I suggested he at least split his commission, or give a discount, he called me "rude" and "out of place!" I would NEVER recommend ERA, or this agent, to anyone!
