Excellent customer service!! I would recommend New Age Real Estate to anyone looking to rent a home in Denver. Any time I had a question about the property, needing maintenance repairs, or just general questions about the area my property manager was very timely in responding back to me. I could not have asked for an easier way to rent a home. Everything can be handled online as well.

New Age Real Estate does a great job… New Age Real Estate does a great job managing my Denver properties. They have a great track record of keeping my units full and minimizing the expenses. I've been with them for over 10 years now. Daren, Angela and others on the team are great about responding too.

Responsive and Responsible We recently moved from the east coast and purchased a home with Brett. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we closed quickly. During the home inspection it was determined that we needed and new roof. Brett worked with the sellers and their insurance company to cover the cost, found us local roofing company who would make the repairs and made sure all bases were covered prior to finalizing the sale. I would work with Brett again and recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Great and very satisfied I've been with ERA NewAge for almost two years now. I work with Annette, and she's great, very helpful, polite, patient and available. I'm out of state for job Like many other property owners, and I never have to worry about my house, she takes care of everything and I don't have to think about it, i really appreciate her efforts and their support...so far i've had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend ERA New Age to anyone who is looking at getting into a rental property.

Worth Every Penny! I've worked with New Age Real Estate for years to manage my investment property and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always on top of things, response to any email or call within 12 hours, communicate respectfully with my tenants and the neighbors, have always made the deposits promptly, even transfer new leases to my HOA for conenience. And Anne has been my main contact and is outstanding! I plan on sticking with them for years to come. Worth every penny!
