GBRyan at New Age has been great to… Ryan at New Age has been great to respond to our requests for maintenance on our rental property. The office staff is also very responsive. I like having the portal so that I can look back on prior conversations and check to see if I actually did ask to have the furnace serviced! Paperwork has been easy to use for tax purposes as well. Deposits have been prompt and with no surprises.

GBExcellent customer service!! I would recommend New Age Real Estate to anyone looking to rent a home in Denver. Any time I had a question about the property, needing maintenance repairs, or just general questions about the area my property manager was very timely in responding back to me. I could not have asked for an easier way to rent a home. Everything can be handled online as well.

GBERA talks the talk but does not walk the walk! My ERA agent in Switzerland "talked the talk" without "walking the walk!" I had already an interested buyer, who had contacted me personally, when this particular agent came on board, talked up a good story, basically promising a much better outcome than the offer already made. In the end, and after much embarrassing fanfare, it turned out to be just fluff, or should I say, "bluff," and those very first people I had landed WITHOUT this particular agent, wound up getting the house for a price I could have easily negotiated myself! When I suggested he at least split his commission, or give a discount, he called me "rude" and "out of place!" I would NEVER recommend ERA, or this agent, to anyone!

GBSmooth, hassle-free experience !! Great experience. Anne Kremer (our property manager) has done an excellent job of maintaining the property smoothly, ensuring rents are collected promptly, property maintenance, prompt response to our questions. One area of improvement could be to ensure certain bills (water for eg.) are paid by tenant promptly without reminders from the water dept.

GBInsanely terrible By far the worst rental experience of my life. Angie was a nightmare to deal with, not returning our phone calls, not competing work orders, and being very aggressive when we try to communicate with her. Basically zero customer service. I'm in real estate so I have worked with many property managers, all insanely better. We left the apartment spotless, found a tenant to replace us when we left, and even brought get a Starbucks gift card after moving in. Didn't prevent us from being a "nuance" to her. I can't speak for the rest of the company, but she's terrible.
