Horrible Account Statements New age is very friendly to work with, and they do a great job as property management. They get two stars because their accounting is ATROCIOUS. What I would like to get is a nice clean monthly statement for each unit that shows money coming in and money going out, like a bank statement. Instead, I receive multiple statements per month per unit. The statements do not identify which unit the statement is for. Sometimes units are combined on a statement, sometimes not. It takes me hours to go through all the statements and reconcile them, which makes me wonder why I'm paying for this?

Brett has top notch of professionalism Brett is the greatest property manager I have ever seen. He himself manages your properties and always keeps you posted and in touch. You always talk to himself (not secretaries) when you call him. He routinely checks the properties and handles any property problems as soon as possibly can. While most PM's are only looking into your pockets, he is a rare exception.

While I get good service when I call… While I get good service when I call and check on things, I still have to call and make sure things are getting done, such as 6 month inspections.

ERA talks the talk but does not walk the walk! My ERA agent in Switzerland "talked the talk" without "walking the walk!" I had already an interested buyer, who had contacted me personally, when this particular agent came on board, talked up a good story, basically promising a much better outcome than the offer already made. In the end, and after much embarrassing fanfare, it turned out to be just fluff, or should I say, "bluff," and those very first people I had landed WITHOUT this particular agent, wound up getting the house for a price I could have easily negotiated myself! When I suggested he at least split his commission, or give a discount, he called me "rude" and "out of place!" I would NEVER recommend ERA, or this agent, to anyone!

I would recommend to EVERYONE Anne Kremer with New Age Real Estate exceptionally managed my rental property for three years. Being and owner was incredibly simple! She handled all tenant issues/concerns and when she need my involvement she came to me with solutions. Anne's communication and rapid responses made it easy for me to trust her and I never had to worry about what was happening with my property. When it came time to sell, Anne took the lead and managed the sale of my property. It was the easiest sale I have ever been a part of!
