GBHorrible Account Statements New age is very friendly to work with, and they do a great job as property management. They get two stars because their accounting is ATROCIOUS. What I would like to get is a nice clean monthly statement for each unit that shows money coming in and money going out, like a bank statement. Instead, I receive multiple statements per month per unit. The statements do not identify which unit the statement is for. Sometimes units are combined on a statement, sometimes not. It takes me hours to go through all the statements and reconcile them, which makes me wonder why I'm paying for this?

GBGreat and very satisfied I've been with ERA NewAge for almost two years now. I work with Annette, and she's great, very helpful, polite, patient and available. I'm out of state for job Like many other property owners, and I never have to worry about my house, she takes care of everything and I don't have to think about it, i really appreciate her efforts and their support...so far i've had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend ERA New Age to anyone who is looking at getting into a rental property.

CAWe found New Age Real Estate online and… We found New Age Real Estate online and called them to come meet with us and discuss selling. John met with us, photographed our condo and sold it within 10 days all during this pandemic. He is knowledgable, very friendly and super professional. GBInsanely terrible By far the worst rental experience of my life. Angie was a nightmare to deal with, not returning our phone calls, not competing work orders, and being very aggressive when we try to communicate with her. Basically zero customer service. I'm in real estate so I have worked with many property managers, all insanely better. We left the apartment spotless, found a tenant to replace us when we left, and even brought get a Starbucks gift card after moving in. Didn't prevent us from being a "nuance" to her. I can't speak for the rest of the company, but she's terrible.

GBSmooth, hassle-free experience !! Great experience. Anne Kremer (our property manager) has done an excellent job of maintaining the property smoothly, ensuring rents are collected promptly, property maintenance, prompt response to our questions. One area of improvement could be to ensure certain bills (water for eg.) are paid by tenant promptly without reminders from the water dept.
