Brett has top notch of professionalism Brett is the greatest property manager I have ever seen. He himself manages your properties and always keeps you posted and in touch. You always talk to himself (not secretaries) when you call him. He routinely checks the properties and handles any property problems as soon as possibly can. While most PM's are only looking into your pockets, he is a rare exception.

Worth Every Penny! I've worked with New Age Real Estate for years to manage my investment property and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always on top of things, response to any email or call within 12 hours, communicate respectfully with my tenants and the neighbors, have always made the deposits promptly, even transfer new leases to my HOA for conenience. And Anne has been my main contact and is outstanding! I plan on sticking with them for years to come. Worth every penny!

Insanely terrible By far the worst rental experience of my life. Angie was a nightmare to deal with, not returning our phone calls, not competing work orders, and being very aggressive when we try to communicate with her. Basically zero customer service. I'm in real estate so I have worked with many property managers, all insanely better. We left the apartment spotless, found a tenant to replace us when we left, and even brought get a Starbucks gift card after moving in. Didn't prevent us from being a "nuance" to her. I can't speak for the rest of the company, but she's terrible.

Responsive and Responsible We recently moved from the east coast and purchased a home with Brett. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we closed quickly. During the home inspection it was determined that we needed and new roof. Brett worked with the sellers and their insurance company to cover the cost, found us local roofing company who would make the repairs and made sure all bases were covered prior to finalizing the sale. I would work with Brett again and recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

I would recommend to EVERYONE Anne Kremer with New Age Real Estate exceptionally managed my rental property for three years. Being and owner was incredibly simple! She handled all tenant issues/concerns and when she need my involvement she came to me with solutions. Anne's communication and rapid responses made it easy for me to trust her and I never had to worry about what was happening with my property.
