I've always been able to go to Exotic…For one stop shopping for my suggie I've always been able to go to Exotic Nutrition's site and find the answers from other suggie parents for whatever I need to know. Their food and accessories are some of the best for my little boy. I'm happy with their customer service as well. As a one stop shop, they're spot on! Thanks Exotic Nutrition

This product is killing animals. I used the squirrel milk replacer and my animals all died of malnutrition- I later found other rehabbers who had experienced the same thing. This product is killing animals!

VERY POOR QUALITY My wife ordered the Borneo cage, which at the time was on sale for $328. The overall quality of this cage is very poor. This one was received with a damaged tray, and upon request for return and refund, she was informed that this company does not do returns. After two attempts, they finally shipped us an undamaged replacement tray. Bottom line is, this is still a very poor quality cage. In our future, we will most definitely be shopping for AMERICAN MADE!

Their information section of their website helped me through a lot of my questions with my new sugar gliders. their products and customer service are above par in almost every way! I would encourage anyone to shop with exotic nutrition. Just remember always do your research as to make sure that the product you buy is for the animal that you are supplying for.

Sales tax rate issues Made another purchase from Exotic Nutrition recently. After reviewing the invoice, I reached out to this company concerning the sales tax rate assessed to me. I was overcharged. Don't mind at all paying the correct rate. When I brought this to their attention, they denied any wrong doing, blaming their sales tax software. Exotic asked me to do the work for them! Providing data, ect. In the end Exotic Nutrition did NOTHING to correct or refund an obvious sales tax rate error. Was not much money, but it had much to say concerning honest business ethics. Yes I was burned and it could have been taken care of.
