I purchased items from Exotic Nutrition… I purchased items from Exotic Nutrition and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping due to going to another state. The shipment was late and I never received my order. They finally sent it. But it was too late. This company is not trustworthy. Buyers beware!!! The company's reply to my negative is also a lie. I have an email stating that the shipment was lost and they could send another shipment but the new shipment would not arrive till Saturday. Just beware that this company will not send your shipment in a timely manner so do not pay extra for faster shipping.

VERY POOR QUALITY My wife ordered the Borneo cage, which at the time was on sale for $328. The overall quality of this cage is very poor. This one was received with a damaged tray, and upon request for return and refund, she was informed that this company does not do returns. After two attempts, they finally shipped us an undamaged replacement tray. Bottom line is, this is still a very poor quality cage. In our future, we will most definitely be shopping for AMERICAN MADE!

BUYERS BEWARE My husband purchased a 8 inch hamster wheel. Somehow the 11 inch came through on the email order confirmation. After contacting customer service of the error we were informed we would have to pay to ship the item back. The wheel itself costs 17$ and return shipping would be 13$. BUYERS BEWARE check your email confirmation to make sure the item you intended to purchase is included because if it isn't this company is not willing to work with you at all. They said they will have their engineer look into the issue.

Was told the add in to my cage I… Was told the add in to my cage I purchased would fit the cage I have so I ordered it, then sent an email to be sure and they told me no it won’t fit after I already purchased it, they haven’t even shipped it and I am cancelling the order and they are charging me $77 to return it and it hasn’t even been delivered! I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company, were not willing to help me at all!

This product is killing animals. I used the squirrel milk replacer and my animals all died of malnutrition- I later found other rehabbers who had experienced the same thing. This product is killing animals!
