Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sarah in customer service is rude and condescending and it seems she gets her skills from the owner Ken. 100% dead worms shipped with the smallest ice pack ever created and no insulation. Use Uncle Jim's. Better price, product and service!

Didn’t receive our order Didn’t receive our order. Reached out to both this company and post office and no one is helpful or will take responsibility for it not making it to the correct address so I’m just out $60 bucks and had to have a rush order sent from another company to get food for our hedgehog quickly as I only planned timing for one shipment. Editing to add: through our neighborhood Facebook page, we found where our order went. Our hedgehog won’t touch this food. Between the product itself and customer service I do not recommend.

This product is killing animals. I used the squirrel milk replacer and my animals all died of malnutrition- I later found other rehabbers who had experienced the same thing. This product is killing animals!
