VERY POOR QUALITY My wife ordered the Borneo cage, which at the time was on sale for $328. The overall quality of this cage is very poor. This one was received with a damaged tray, and upon request for return and refund, she was informed that this company does not do returns. After two attempts, they finally shipped us an undamaged replacement tray. Bottom line is, this is still a very poor quality cage. In our future, we will most definitely be shopping for AMERICAN MADE!

Was told the add in to my cage I… Was told the add in to my cage I purchased would fit the cage I have so I ordered it, then sent an email to be sure and they told me no it won’t fit after I already purchased it, they haven’t even shipped it and I am cancelling the order and they are charging me $77 to return it and it hasn’t even been delivered! I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company, were not willing to help me at all!

This product is killing animals. I used the squirrel milk replacer and my animals all died of malnutrition- I later found other rehabbers who had experienced the same thing. This product is killing animals!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sarah in customer service is rude and condescending and it seems she gets her skills from the owner Ken. 100% dead worms shipped with the smallest ice pack ever created and no insulation. Use Uncle Jim's. Better price, product and service!

I've always been able to go to Exotic…For one stop shopping for my suggie I've always been able to go to Exotic Nutrition's site and find the answers from other suggie parents for whatever I need to know. Their food and accessories are some of the best for my little boy. I'm happy with their customer service as well. As a one stop shop, they're spot on! Thanks Exotic Nutrition
