This product is killing animals. I used the squirrel milk replacer and my animals all died of malnutrition- I later found other rehabbers who had experienced the same thing. This product is killing animals!

Whenever I've had order issues, need something quickly, have to contact the sales department or have a question - I have NEVER BEEN LET DOWN. The company takes care of all the issues, and addresses my questions or concerns QUICKLY. I do not go anywhere else, I buy everything I need from this company! BUYERS BEWARE My husband purchased a 8 inch hamster wheel. Somehow the 11 inch came through on the email order confirmation. After contacting customer service of the error we were informed we would have to pay to ship the item back. The wheel itself costs 17$ and return shipping would be 13$. BUYERS BEWARE check your email confirmation to make sure the item you intended to purchase is included because if it isn't this company is not willing to work with you at all. They said they will have their engineer look into the issue.

First order, great products. I recently made my first order, and I recieved the items today. Everything purchased was top quality, and the items came sooner than expected! My sugar glider loves her new pouch, and the option to add an ice pack saved her yogurt treats from melting during transit. I will most definitely be making more purchases from the Exotic Nutrition website.
