GBVERY POOR QUALITY My wife ordered the Borneo cage, which at the time was on sale for $328. The overall quality of this cage is very poor. This one was received with a damaged tray, and upon request for return and refund, she was informed that this company does not do returns. After two attempts, they finally shipped us an undamaged replacement tray. Bottom line is, this is still a very poor quality cage. In our future, we will most definitely be shopping for AMERICAN MADE!

GBWe have had our marmosets for 3 years… We have had our marmosets for 3 years and have not found a better company for all our treat and toy needs. We are loyal customers not only because they have great products but ANYTIME we're missing something, we received the wrong item or something arrived damaged they are always quick to respond and take care of the situation. There has even been a few times we've had to call to make sure a treat was safe for our monks and they go the extra mile to get us an answer. There is no better business we could turn to for our little exotic family.

The company takes care of all the issues, and addresses my questions or concerns QUICKLY. I do not go anywhere else, I buy everything I need from this company! I suggest anyone with exotic animals use this company for supplies, food items, cages, and necessities. You will not be disappointed. I have been purchasing products for over 4 years, so I am very familiar with their products and services.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sarah in customer service is rude and condescending and it seems she gets her skills from the owner Ken. 100% dead worms shipped with the smallest ice pack ever created and no insulation. Use Uncle Jim's. Better price, product and service!

GBDidn’t receive our order Didn’t receive our order. Reached out to both this company and post office and no one is helpful or will take responsibility for it not making it to the correct address so I’m just out $60 bucks and had to have a rush order sent from another company to get food for our hedgehog quickly as I only planned timing for one shipment. Editing to add: through our neighborhood Facebook page, we found where our order went. Our hedgehog won’t touch this food. Between the product itself and customer service I do not recommend.
