WASTE OF MONEY Received 10 lbs of dried black soldier flies for my chickens and bag is half dust. We have ordered from this company before and did not have a problem. When I reached out to company they said it might have been rough handling during shipment and offered me a $5 discount on next shipment. Will not be ordering from them again .

Didn’t receive our order Didn’t receive our order. Reached out to both this company and post office and no one is helpful or will take responsibility for it not making it to the correct address so I’m just out $60 bucks and had to have a rush order sent from another company to get food for our hedgehog quickly as I only planned timing for one shipment. Editing to add: through our neighborhood Facebook page, we found where our order went. Our hedgehog won’t touch this food. Between the product itself and customer service I do not recommend.

I have always loved shopping with… I have always loved shopping with exotic nutrition. Their information section of their website helped me through a lot of my questions with my new sugar gliders. their products and customer service are above par in almost every way! I would encourage anyone to shop with exotic nutrition. Just remember always do your research as to make sure that the product you buy is for the animal that you are supplying for.

BUYERS BEWARE My husband purchased a 8 inch hamster wheel. Somehow the 11 inch came through on the email order confirmation. After contacting customer service of the error we were informed we would have to pay to ship the item back. The wheel itself costs 17$ and return shipping would be 13$. BUYERS BEWARE check your email confirmation to make sure the item you intended to purchase is included because if it isn't this company is not willing to work with you at all. They said they will have their engineer look into the issue.

The company takes care of all the issues, and addresses my questions or concerns QUICKLY. I do not go anywhere else, I buy everything I need from this company!
