Worst Title Company If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the most incompetent people in the business. I’ve only dealt with them twice. The first time they didn’t collect all of the money from buyer, stated the transaction as closed and took the difference out of my commission. The second time they didn’t get the sellers signature or collect enough money from buyer. Do not EVER use them under any circumstances unless you like horrible service.

Timely polite effective response. I emailed my problem on Sunday & Monday before noon all was resolved. Mandy followed up consistently to make sure access to the site was successful. I won't hesitate to reach out with any questions that come up.

This company is one of the biggest scams ever This company is one of the biggest scams ever!! They tried to con a relative of mine who happens to be married to a real estate attorney. After speaking with him several times, they overnight the earnest money. They tried to auction a house with multiple lawsuits which they did not disclose. Talk about losers for life!!
