GBWinning Bidder. Reserve Price Met. Oh Well I was the winning bidder. Reserve price was met. My bid was approved by the Seller. I sign the contract accepting the home in As-Is condition. I wire the earnest money deposit (EMD). Contingency in contract - seller has to approve BOTH the bid and the contract. Seller then declines contract. Why?.... It's their boiler-plate contract. So, sale is cancelled. Shady. But it gets shadier. Reps at ServiceLink say the seller pulled the home from the auction - "it's too damaged to sell." They knew the home's condition before auctioning it and it's an As-Is contract!! THEN ServiceLink immediately re-lists the home for auction. They told me it's in the process of being pulled. That was 5 days ago. The new auction starts in 3 hours. STAY AWAY from this outfit. I'm still waiting to get confirmation my EMD is being returned.

GBReally-somebody on here gave this… Really-somebody on here gave this company 5 stars? I don't believe it for a minute (that these are true reviews from customers) It took us 4 months to close on a small house that had already been on the foreclosure market for close to a year. I could write pages about our experiences with them-but worst customer relations we have ever encountered in over 25 years of buying real estate. I would never recommend them to anybody.

We are newbies in the auction purchasing pursuit so its endearing to know that there are still good people willing to help steer you in the best direction possible. Aldo Gonzales in California, did a wonderful job by contacting us and assisting us in increasing the offer slightly, to reach a price that was acceptable to the bank . Jeff Kung in contract section, was also very amiable and extremely helpful in ensuring a smooth transaction and closing.

GBI sent 3 emails asking questions I sent 3 emails asking questions, initially, didn’t get answers on anything. This was Sunday, But on Monday, when everyone was in the office all my questions were answered, explained in detail how to proceed. I decided that process was more than I wanted to tackle. Response has been excellent.
