(The trailer had been bid on twice unsuccessfully because the Reserve was not met. The trailer had been destroyed and I imagine the Seller does not know its condition.) Also, I was told it would be auctioned again July 16 but it is not showing up on the site. I don't know if it was sold "behind the scenes" or if Seller went to another auction company. I wish the Chat People had more information than just the standardized responses....

Viewings on Vacant Properties with Licensed Agents Amanda answered. How do you expect to sell these properties if they cannot be accessed for showings even though they are vacant? Sight unseen bidding is lower to anticipate repairs by investors, who buy these homes. Buyers assume the property is a total gut if they cannot be given access with their licensed real estate agent to evaluate. Work together with agents to get higher bids by allowing showings when properties are vacant. Agents are in the middle and most walk away because of the issues.

This was Sunday, But on Monday, when everyone was in the office all my questions were answered, explained in detail how to proceed. I decided that process was more than I wanted to tackle. I personally believe the negative reviews are bogus or inspired through lack of serious due diligence of entire online auction purchasing process. H&M are looking for serious offers on listed properties not silly little bids as if your on Ebay. I repeat H&M are legit and serious about selling properties. I love H&M plain and simple. I would buy from them again. I purchased a personal home for a tenth of it real value. I'm a real person stating this opinion.
