After seeing the place up close and the total dump of the surrounding area, I'm glad they declined my bid. I wouldn't give even half that now. Glad I extended my diligence. They haven't even had the lawn mowed! Pathetic. You all should rescind your representation. What a complete waste of time and TOTAL LIE. I sent 3 emails asking questions I sent 3 emails asking questions, initially, didn’t get answers on anything. This was Sunday, But on Monday, when everyone was in the office all my questions were answered, explained in detail how to proceed. I decided that process was more than I wanted to tackle. Response has been excellent.

Worst Title Company If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the most incompetent people in the business. I’ve only dealt with them twice. The first time they didn’t collect all of the money from buyer, stated the transaction as closed and took the difference out of my commission. The second time they didn’t get the sellers signature or collect enough money from buyer. Do not EVER use them under any circumstances unless you like horrible service.

Mandy was so helpful Mandy was so helpful! She asnswered all of my questions and also explained the nuances of buying property that's occupied. I wish more customer service reps took the time to actually share useful information. She's the best!

Timely polite effective response. I emailed my problem on Sunday & Monday before noon all was resolved. Mandy followed up consistently to make sure access to the site was successful. I won't hesitate to reach out with any questions that come up.
