Simpler, cheaper, more effective than Airbnb! As a landlord of a furnished space, I love being able to find medium-term tenants with less turnover. I can also make more money than renting my spaces out to long-term tenants with an unfurnished space. The website and user experience is honestly great and while it's not as flashy as Airbnb or VRBO, it's just as usable and totally worth it.

SCAM - Avoid these people! SCAM! I created a listing with this company, which I never used, I have had it deactivated for almost a year. Without my knowledge they renewed my listing for $347. They sent an email notifying me of the renewal, and I contacted immediately to ask for a refund. They claimed that they sent me a reminder of the renewal, they did not. The representatives were completely unhelpful and refused to let me speak to a manager. I am disputing with Visa, since I NEVER used their services and they have now charged $700 for their services. DO NOT USE THEM! Sneaky, shady company.

I used furnished finders for one month I used furnished finders for one month. I deleted my account after finding my first tenant. One year later I received an email saying I was being charged $149 auto renewal fee. I don’t know why my account was still active and apparently in the fine print of their terms and conditions they state there is an auto renewal fee. This is a predatory practice. They never sent me an email to let me know I was going to be charged. However, I did receive an email saying I was being charged. They refused to refund my money even though they could look at my account and see I had not used their services in almost a year. Predatory companies like FurnishedFinders rely on practices like this. Do NOT use furnished Finders!
