GBMichelle was amazing Michelle was amazing, so patient and kind with me while walking through the application process. I’m so happy I was able to have her help me and would definitely use her again for any of my questions or problems.

GBI used furnished finders for one month I used furnished finders for one month. I deleted my account after finding my first tenant. One year later I received an email saying I was being charged $149 auto renewal fee. I don’t know why my account was still active and apparently in the fine print of their terms and conditions they state there is an auto renewal fee. This is a predatory practice. They never sent me an email to let me know I was going to be charged. However, I did receive an email saying I was being charged. They refused to refund my money even though they could look at my account and see I had not used their services in almost a year. Predatory companies like FurnishedFinders rely on practices like this. Do NOT use furnished Finders!

GBI was lucky enough to have Michell … I was lucky enough to have Michell Cardona answer my call. She guided me through some problems I was having like the expert she is. She exhibited a lot of patience through all my questions and lack of technology understanding in general. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and then some. She answered all of my questions and even threw in some tips on how better to handle my listing. Excellent customer service!!!!

GBThis is terrible This is terrible. First of all, I was unable to use the service because renters want you to reserve a room sometimes 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Meanwhile, they expect you to leave it empty and they often do not want to rent room until they actually see it( which is reasonable, so you can reserve it and then they can decide it last minute they do not want it. My experience has been that they more likely will not show up at all. So you might reserve it and they may never even show up or let you know when they found something else. I have better luck on Nextdoor and Facebook. I canceled this. And it was difficult; My experience has been that they more likely will not show up at all. So you might reserve it and they may never even show up or let you know when they found something else. I have better luck on Nextdoor and Facebook. They want to send you a code then you have to return to another page and plug the code in, but their site doesn’t work. You can push the code and push the code in over and over and you won’t get any confirmation that they received the code. It doesn’t move past the box. So I emailed them. They actually got back to me after a few days and said they were sorry to see me go blah blah blah. . But I received the confirmation and it was canceled. Two months later I receive a notification in my email that my credit card is being charged for the auto renew. I’d already canceled, but they continue to auto renew. This place is a scam and it is very shady. Check the Better Business Bureau before you , use this service. There are miles and miles of complaints about the same thing. They say they’re sending you notification in the email, but you never get the notification and they automatically charge your credit card. If you do this service, get a Privacy card that they cannot charge after you have canceled the service.
