She took the time to walk me through the process of listing my property; helping me to understand how important it is to edit my listing and saving the information. In addition, Michelle rearranged my photos in such a way to appeal to prospective tenants. She is knowledgeable, patient, professional and sweet as she can be. What a relief to have worked with her. I tried to do this with at least with 3 other consultants at Furnished Find but they didn't compare to Michelle. She is awesome!

USI was lucky enough to have Michell … I was lucky enough to have Michell Cardona answer my call. She guided me through some problems I was having like the expert she is. She exhibited a lot of patience through all my questions and lack of technology understanding in general. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and then some. ILWARNING WARNING: Furnishedfinder Rip-Off! Tried Furnishedfinder for a year, got NO traffic. Autopay kicked in, charged us ~$200 for a year of inactivity! Customer service offered NO cancellation or refund. Avoid this service!

USI am writing as a landlord I am writing as a landlord; I just wanted to see the activity the site could generate, and after a month I found a long term tenant using Zillow. I placed the FF account into hidden mode and never logged in again. After a year I was charged for another year's subscription. FF said according to terms and conditions that's what they do. When checking my account setting the auto renewal was in "off". They absolutely refuse to refund my $149 for a service they know I am not using....total corporate greed in my opinion.
