I used furnished finders for one month I used furnished finders for one month. I deleted my account after finding my first tenant. One year later I received an email saying I was being charged $149 auto renewal fee. I don’t know why my account was still active and apparently in the fine print of their terms and conditions they state there is an auto renewal fee. This is a predatory practice. They never sent me an email to let me know I was going to be charged. However, I did receive an email saying I was being charged. They refused to refund my money even though they could look at my account and see I had not used their services in almost a year. Predatory companies like FurnishedFinders rely on practices like this. Do NOT use furnished Finders!

This is a total scam for landlords This is a total scam for landlords. We joined and never received one lead. We rented the property through zillow and the auto renew kicked in and charged us again. There is no way to delete your listing. Stay away from this service. I disputed the charge on my credit card because the company said there are no refunds, but they have no way to delete or stop auto charging.
