Afterwards, you will receive a constant stream of notifications from potential tenants, but it seems that all of them are automated and fake. None of these inquiries are from genuine individuals. I advise against wasting your money. I have taken into account the feedback shared by other reviewers on this platform.

Simpler, cheaper, more effective than Airbnb! As a landlord of a furnished space, I love being able to find medium-term tenants with less turnover. I can also make more money than renting my spaces out to long-term tenants with an unfurnished space. The website and user experience is honestly great and while it's not as flashy as Airbnb or VRBO, it's just as usable and totally worth it.
