GBSimpler, cheaper, more effective than Airbnb! As a landlord of a furnished space, I love being able to find medium-term tenants with less turnover. I can also make more money than renting my spaces out to long-term tenants with an unfurnished space. The website and user experience is honestly great and while it's not as flashy as Airbnb or VRBO, it's just as usable and totally worth it.

GBDon’t waste your time or money on this They will charge you exorbitant fees to list your property on their site. Afterwards, you will receive a constant stream of notifications from potential tenants, but it seems that all of them are automated and fake. None of these inquiries are from genuine individuals. I advise against wasting your money. I have taken into account the feedback shared by other reviewers on this platform.

GBVery uncaring and unwilling to help, will never use them again. I am disgusted with furnished finder. I chose to cancel my subscription or whatever you call it and of course they auto debited my account in the amount of 248.00 and told me that they had sent me emails informing me of the pending charge. I never received the emails, they are so uncooperative and so unwilling to help. I tried to cancel it but they make it impossible online to do so. They never refund no matter what. Do not use this service if you think you may need to cancel at any time and make sure you remove your auto debit feature from the website. The reps were so frustrating to talk to and they could care less about the customer. I will never use them again.

GBI was lucky enough to have Michell … I was lucky enough to have Michell Cardona answer my call. She guided me through some problems I was having like the expert she is. She exhibited a lot of patience through all my questions and lack of technology understanding in general. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and then some. She answered all of my questions and even threw in some tips on how better to handle my listing. Excellent customer service!!!!
