Great firm!! Would recommend to anyone. I really enjoy working with the Guenther Staff which is usually Gina and Andrey. My building will be in much better shape because of their attention and tenants likely more responsible. Extremely glad I switched property management firms. Jay Overholser gave me the best recommendation ever when he recommended your firm. Should have switched sooner.

Anything I needed help with or any questions I had were taken care of in a thoughtful, timely, manner. The apartment I rent is in excellent condition and the building well maintained. I can pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or contact Guenther’s Management team through their online portal which I appreciate given my schedule. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Guenther Management is knowledgeable, helpful, gracious, and attentive to whatever my issue was. My experience as a renter at a property managed by Guenther is one where the renter is appreciated. Firstly they answer the phone when you… Firstly they answer the phone when you call and that's an amazing thing in itself. secondly I've had one maintenance issue and it was handled properly professionally, However, that is an outsourced company. Thirdly, the grounds in the apartment building/complex where I live has not been taken care of in weeks, grass is Brown And never watered and there's weeds all over. overall it presents a terrible face in a place that already has enough going against it. They've all been nice and friendly and they've tried to do their best I think that sometimes expectations can be a little high including my own
