I can pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or contact Guenther’s Management team through their online portal which I appreciate given my schedule. My experience as a renter at a property managed by Guenther is one where the renter is appreciated. Slum lords Slum lords! They never fixed anything or keep up property We’ve been living in a fire hazard due to bad electrical wiring we cannot use light switches AND the place is full of mold which they did not disclose until two months after we moved in they did nothing to fix it

We just moved here from out of state We just moved here from out of state. The staff was very helpful in finding us a place, getting set up, etc. before moving here. They've also been very responsive with any questions or needs we have. Great experience!
