Very responsive when information or… Very responsive when information or maintenance is needed. The maintenance employees are professional and not creepy. My complex is quiet and mostly crime free. Guenther also provides winter plowing here. They do a good job overall in my experience.

Great firm!! Would recommend to anyone. I really enjoy working with the Guenther Staff which is usually Gina and Andrey. My building will be in much better shape because of their attention and tenants likely more responsible. Extremely glad I switched property management firms. Jay Overholser gave me the best recommendation ever when he recommended your firm. Should have switched sooner.

Firstly they answer the phone when you… Firstly they answer the phone when you call and that's an amazing thing in itself. secondly I've had one maintenance issue and it was handled properly professionally, However, that is an outsourced company. Thirdly, the grounds in the apartment building/complex where I live has not been taken care of in weeks, grass is Brown And never watered and there's weeds all over. overall it presents a terrible face in a place that already has enough going against it. They've all been nice and friendly and they've tried to do their best I think that sometimes expectations can be a little high including my own

We just moved here from out of state We just moved here from out of state. The staff was very helpful in finding us a place, getting set up, etc. before moving here. They've also been very responsive with any questions or needs we have. Great experience!

I am a tenant in one of their complex's… I am a tenant in one of their complex's and I have to say that when we went through a couple change of managements before they took over it was hell... Problems after problems and they were rude...then Guenther management took over and fron the beginning they were prompt and easy to reach when needed and outright just decent and kind ... I am thrilled with the management now... I have no complaints
