Company is absolutely horrible Company is absolutely horrible. They do not offer fair prices, and hey are demanding, and don't do enough work for you. For that I could have hired a realtor and at least worked out with someone personally. They nickel and dime you for thousands so it's important to be assertive. Best proactive would be to not use them and put them out of business. Go with a realtor,offerpad doesn't offer this easy worry dree process.

Necessity of real estate agencies is underestimated To my mind, the necessity of real estate agencies is underestimated actually. I believe that people require presence of such agencies, because they help them to find proper accommodation. Of course, sometimes people can find it without using services, nevertheless as far as I am concerned, the most part of people got used to apply to such companies, because they doverything twice faster and more effective. I also wanted to rent an apartments and applied to this company. As I expected, they have done for me everything very fast and I rented an apartment just within couple of days. Big thanks to this company.

Complete waste of time Complete waste of time. Went through the entire process including sending pictures, talking to agent, etc. only to find out that offer pad doesn’t buy houses on more than 3 acres. Would have been simple for them to include that during the initial screening process. I hate having my time wasted.

Tyler was great to work with. Matt T. was very helpful getting the ball rolling. The communication by this team exceeded my expectations.

Used to be good company to deal with… Used to be good company to deal with but not anymore. They agreed to fix 3 items, refused to send proof they were fixed or receipts. Had reinspection and they hadn't fixed any of them. Stated that it would take 10-days so wanted to extend closing however interest rate lock would expire. Wouldn't give compensation and stated once closed they wouldn't do any work on the home. I've heard they are doing this a lot in AZ. Then after closing they provided the wrong code for the lock box to get the key. Horrible customer service and bad business practice.
