GBComplete waste of time Complete waste of time. Went through the entire process including sending pictures, talking to agent, etc. only to find out that offer pad doesn’t buy houses on more than 3 acres. Would have been simple for them to include that during the initial screening process. I hate having my time wasted.

GBThis was an exceptional experience and highly recommend This was an exceptional experience and I will say Sonja who helped us through the entire process is second to none. Having to go through a family emergency while trying to sell our home, she was right there for us all the time. It means a lot to have someone like that who cares about their clients the way she does and help them through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend her and the offerpad team to anyone.

GBBetter communication is a MUST Better communication is a MUST! As one other reviewer noted - they (Offerpad) don't tell you that they don't offer their service for homes over $500K or with acreage. We wasted 2-3 weeks for the lead realtor for our home - who never told us that. I only found this out by checking the reviews after we had expressed an interest and the realtor didn't leave a time or return my messages. I'll never use them or refer them. They may be fine for homes under $300-500 K but beware. There was also no excuse for them not to tell us up-front and waste our time.

GBBest selling experience we have ever had!!! We were a bit hesitant to use Offerpad because we always used Realtors before. Everything could not have gone more smoothly! Tiffany was with you every step of the way. Everything that was scheduled was done in a timely manner. Byron was also great! This process went faster than selling the home with a realtor. We were impressed. There fees were about the same as regular closing fees. Why go thru the hasssle of having people go thru your house, keeping the home spotless for showings and leaving your home, when Offerpad takes away the stress. Loved the process and the Atlanta employees were awesome!!

GBUsed to be good company to deal with… Used to be good company to deal with but not anymore. They agreed to fix 3 items, refused to send proof they were fixed or receipts. Had reinspection and they hadn't fixed any of them. Stated that it would take 10-days so wanted to extend closing however interest rate lock would expire. Wouldn't give compensation and stated once closed they wouldn't do any work on the home. I've heard they are doing this a lot in AZ. Then after closing they provided the wrong code for the lock box to get the key. Horrible customer service and bad business practice.
