Reliable real estate agency I think that nowadays people reuquire having such services which can help you to determine the house of your dream or to sell your present accomodation. I have decided to change location because I understood that my apartments annoyed me a lot. I wanted to move to the countryside or suburb. I applied to this company and they offered me couple of options which suit me most. I have picked couple of houses and then I also told them that I needed to sell my present accomodation. They helped me with this thing as well as helped me with acquiring new house. I would advice this company and these real estate agents to those people who have similar issues.

Better communication is a MUST Better communication is a MUST! As one other reviewer noted - they (Offerpad) don't tell you that they don't offer their service for homes over $500K or with acreage. We wasted 2-3 weeks for the lead realtor for our home - who never told us that. I only found this out by checking the reviews after we had expressed an interest and the realtor didn't leave a time or return my messages. I'll never use them or refer them. They may be fine for homes under $300-500 K but beware. There was also no excuse for them not to tell us up-front and waste our time.

Company is absolutely horrible Company is absolutely horrible. They do not offer fair prices, and hey are demanding, and don't do enough work for you. For that I could have hired a realtor and at least worked out with someone personally. They nickel and dime you for thousands so it's important to be assertive. Best proactive would be to not use them and put them out of business. Go with a realtor,offerpad doesn't offer this easy worry dree process.

The whole experience was wonderful The whole experience was wonderful! From offer to closing! Everything was transparent. There were no surprises. I was walked through the entire process effortlessly. Every department was wonderful. They answered any question. I highly reccommend them! What a wonderful experience! I was able to buy a house and close within a day of selling without any stress. Whole process was truly fantastic!

Stay away Stay away. After dangling an offer with no specifics through email and text, the guy shows up late for the call to go over the offer, then throws a severe lowball, then tells me there is a 6% "service fee" for a cash offer on top of the lowball. Again, don't waste your time with these people unless you are desperate.
