When I arrived at my home there were dead animals in my back yard, closets, AND attic. DECAYING. Leaving blood stains and remains in the sheet rock above my garage. All the insulation around the attic had been consumed by these animals (looked about the size of a possum), and there were holes in my AC ductwork. Residents in my home became ill, and this is probably related. The backyard was a WRECK, broken limbs everywhere, unkept. The floors, tubs, etc were uncleaned. Mop water was coming up BLACK even after 3 passes of the entire home. Door knobs were broken. The fridge water had not been connected. We had calcified particulates in the water when they did hook it up and they still marked the job done. Had to reopen. Windows were left unsealed. No cabling to any internet hookup in the home. There was a bee infestation they were slow to respond to IN THE HOME. The sprinkler system leaked causing massive water bills. Oh, and because the insulation had been consumed by animals my electric bills were huge as well. THEY DIDN'T REMOVE THE FECES, THEY BLEW INSULATION OVER IT AFTER I REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES TO REMOVE IT. Response time was slow, but I was patient through all of this, and all of these issues were resolved after 6+ MONTHS. Some personally by me. I CLEANED UP THE YARD, I CLEANED THE HOUSE METICULOUSLY. And when I left the property it was cleaner than it had ever been. Spotless. The yard was managed. The only evidence I left of living there were some nail holes from portrait hangings. AND WHAT DO THEY TRY TO DO? THEY TRY TO TAKE $1300 FROM MY SECURITY DEPOSIT TO REPAIR DRYWALLS AND PAINT, CLEAN THE PROPERTY, MANAGE THE YARD, AND REMOVE TRASH! I already reached out to residentsatdarwinhomes.com before their comment on this review; their response was that they had other more important maintenance requests to deal with and they would get back to me later. It was at that point I wrote this review and filed a complaint with the BBB. Since then they have stated they will return my full deposit.

USAbsolutely the worst company I haveā¦ Absolutely the worst company I have ever rented from. I have spent 5 months unable to use my master bathroom shower due to a leak. 8 different people have come to look at it and still nothing has been done other than bust tile. There is mold under it and ceiling damage from the leak as well. I cannot get ANYONE to contact me directly and emails go unanswered. Yet my rent still went up regardless. This company I will never rent from again.

USMove in on a monday?!?!?!?! We originally applied for a home that said it would be ready on May 4th and were approved. We got an email stating we could not move in until May 6th, which is a monday?! Who sets a move in date as a monday? I have no help to move during the week and they will not allow us to move in on the date the home was supposed to be ready

USHorrible This is the worst company I ever rented from. They went up on rent by 500 in 2 years. Customer Service is none, I leave messages for a return call but no response. They add on extra fees you can't use state utilities. They add all in one thats too much. Don't rent from them
