GBI trip is AWFUL I trip is AWFUL! BEWARE- this property management company is AWFUL due to poor delivery, poor response, poor customer service, and poor management. Being an owner of properties in a different state, I would not recommend it. I booked a VRBO property in Park City, UT, for a family vacation, and it was not a great experience because iTrip was the property management company hidden on the back end. We left multiple voicemails requesting to call back on their emergency line, with zero calls back. YES, their EMERGENCY LINE was not supported. They would only message/text, but it would take some time (1 hour + for a response). I highly recommend staying clear of any Airbnb/VRBO properties iTrip manages. We have learned now to ask additional questions ahead of time and do research. There are many more management companies out there as more and more people are doing Airbnb/VRBO, so do your research.

GBStayed in a property in Beaverton and… Stayed in a property in Beaverton and the house was full of ants. Contacted the rental company and they refused to move us and instead did a "treatment" that made no difference and they knew would not have an affect for another 3 weeks. Would constantly wake up covered in ant's and several of us ended up with rashes. The only resolution was to offer a discount on a future booking which was woefully inadequate as we would never stay at one of their properties again after our experience. Definitely stay away

GBVery bad business practices I tried to book a house through furnished finders and they changed the price at the last minute from 2500 to 6000 a month. Then I went to their website and found multiple other people already had this house booked for various dates during my stay. If I had gone forward I guess they would have canceled everyone else's bookings. These guys are not to be trusted.

GBiTrip Park City canceled our reservation iTrip Park City did not honor our reservation with them. They canceled it less than two weeks before the trip. No apologies, no alternative offered, no compensation. Nothing. Now we are stuck trying to find something last minute. We will not use them ever again.

GBWe had to cancel our reservations We had to cancel our reservations, 8 plus months before vacationing in Palm Desert, due to health issues. Their representative stated that we’d get a refund MINUS $350 for their booking fee. What sort of company does such heinous things to customers? Avoid making any arrangements with ITrip. They are your worst nightmare!!!
