Their representative stated that we’d get a refund MINUS $350 for their booking fee. What sort of company does such heinous things to customers? Avoid making any arrangements with ITrip. They are your worst nightmare!!!

Stayed in a property in Beaverton and… Stayed in a property in Beaverton and the house was full of ants. Contacted the rental company and they refused to move us and instead did a "treatment" that made no difference and they knew would not have an affect for another 3 weeks. Would constantly wake up covered in ant's and several of us ended up with rashes. The only resolution was to offer a discount on a future booking which was woefully inadequate as we would never stay at one of their properties again after our experience. Definitely stay away

Amazing "Change of Attitude" We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation! The huge cabin was everything we hoped it would be! Plenty of space! Even though it states to bring favorite cooking pots & pans, extra paper goods.......there was plenty of everything supplied to us. Everything was in great working order (hot tub, dishwasher, jacuzzi....) and super clean! Everyone loved the game room with the pool table and air hockey, especially the teenagers! The maintenance property manager came by to help us work the TV and was so very kind. This is a beautiful property snuggled in the Smokies and pet friendly! Very quiet and peaceful! I would highly recommend!

Asked specifically about cancellation policy Never answered question, just sent lots of Small print that had hidden fee Whatever you do, do not book with any of these companies. Apparently a franchise for money hungry, dishonest people

With this company you are rolling the dice on your trip Got a call from itrip the evening before our morning flight to be told that they had double booked our rental in FL. No apology for their mistake just a comment of "they don't know how it happened". We flew to FL not knowing for sure we would have a place to stay. Got a text once we had already arrived that we could not have the unit we reserved but had been assigned another (lesser) unit. We were NOT happy with this unit but had little choice. Wish I could post photos here...lots of black mold in kitchen and bathroom and on air conditioning vents - concerns about air quality with so much black mold in vents, old broken furniture, on and on with issues. When I expressed our dissatisfaction with the relocation , again, no apology but I was told that I should be grateful because they had to move another renter completely off the property and I should "let it go". When I inquired about a refund for the difference in cost between the units I paid for and the one I was moved to... no reply, no refund. So.. if you want to pay good money up front for "maybe having a place to stay" and "maybe having a clean/safe place to stay", and "maybe " not being charged for a unit you don't get to stay in ... go ahead and roll the dice. Otherwise, I would recommend using a different property management company.
