Nightmare What a nightmare!!! The worst rental company anyone could come across, pretty much you have no one to talk to because their phone line never works and you can’t even leave a message. The emails are pointless it's like talking to a brick wall. I Moved to ( 9 Mount Pleasant St ) From pictures that don't represent the actual house, the apt was filthy, rodent infestation which is left to deal with by yourself, It wasn't livable space, I requested to my money back and 4 Weeks later I am still waiting for a responds.

Overall satisfied, support could be better though Support could be better. However, after being quite insistent, I finally managed to get my application processed. I'm very happy with it, but I do have to point out the somewhat poor support offered by the agency. I had to submit three times the same documents to get verified. I also had to consistently insist to get my application moved forward and my emails read. I did have an overall positive experience, but you must be insistent.

New Microwave I have been asking for a microwave since I monitor my room on December 1, 2022. I cannot blame Splitspot AT ALL, because they were in constant contact with me and provided me with updates even when there was nothing to update. I just wish that my landlord was as on top of things as Split Spot and it's team. My only complaint is that I wish my roommates were cleaner, but I guess that's what Chlorox wipes are for. If it wasn't for the SplitSpot teams diligence I would probably still be without a microwave. Thank you for all your help.

Satisfied with the Service I have been living in the Splitspot places for over two years. Though there had been some problems throughout this time, I am mostly satisfied with their service. I could reach Splitspot people through email, and usually the problems that I faced got solved soon.

Horrible management of Property Horrible management of properties. They are unresponsive to emails, and you never know when they might decide to drop the property, giving you a quick turn around on trying to find a new place. If you’re in it for a short term lease, just sublet. Yes, there leases are illegal. Usually unsigned by them. I never received lead law documents that were required by law in Massachusetts. They’ll keep your security deposit for a cleaning service, which is an absolute joke because I had the pleasure of sticking around the place after I had moved out because my friend was still a tenant, and they threw water on the floor and tracked mud everywhere. Truly the most horrendous experience ever. Never again.
