Pluses and minuses + Good location + Well stocked kitchen + Spacious + High but reasonable cost compared to others - Less than clean (mostly dusty & cobwebs) - Spiders (one between the bed sheets) - Torn carpet = trip hazard - Furnace cycled on & off every few minutes. A programmable thermostat would easily fix that annoyance. - 4pm check-in, 10am checkout with fee for checking out even one minute late -- so you get 2-3/4 days for the price of 3 days - 15-page agreement (leaving no liability/responsibility for management & owner)

The house was not clean upon arrival… The house was not clean upon arrival not stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. We reached out to the office multiple times and waited several hours for a cleaning “crew” to arrive - which consisted of one woman with her daughter. They did not finish up until midnight on our first night. I felt terrible for the two of them, as I’m sure the oversight was not their fault. The only silver lining was that we were reimbursed for that first night’s stay. It wasn’t a great first experience that’s for sure.

The Cozy Cottage we rented was in a… The Cozy Cottage we rented was in a fabulous location next to the Snow Summit ski area with lots of snow play surrounding the house. That was the reason we rented the property. The house itself was large enough for all 10 of us. However, there were lots of problems with the house itself. The cleaning staff needs to be changed as there were dirty socks in the downstairs bed indicating the linens had not been changed. The handle on the sink in the bathroom was broken making it hard to use. A space heater has to be brought in for the bedroom without a heater vent. There was a white pill of some kind on the bedroom floor indicating the floor had not been vacuumed. Shower was corroded. Water dribbled out. Kitchen tabletop was not attached to the base and kept falling off.

I got electrocuted from an exposed wire… I got electrocuted from an exposed wire for the radio/stereo. Both mornings we all woke up to deafening construction noises. The machine noises continued throughout the morning. Wanted to go on vacation to rest and relax but that was not at all the way that it went. Wanted tovplan several trips throughout this winter especially with the coming rain/snow this week but may have to consider looking elsewhere

SO DIRTY, SO DISAPPOINTING Spider webs in both bathrooms, bugs on bathroom floor, trash on balcony, fridge absolutely disgusting, dirty tables...couldn't unload any of our things. We wore socks that within 15 minutes were dark brown on bottom. Had to go purchase own cleaning products as they did not reclean either and was a holiday weekend, couldn't locate another place. Finally spoke to Louie Cardenas 1 day after our stay who is supposedly a manager. It was embarrassing to hear how he did not handle the situation and refused to provide his name but he accidentally emailed me. I feel bad for the homeowner as they probably have no idea how they are managing property.
