Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I receive my dog harness on 8/23/23 which was NOT PERSONALIZED as ordered. On this same day, I emailed their Customer Support Team requesting a FULL REFUND and instructions for RETURNING the dog harness. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT!! NO RESPONSE. So today, 8/25/23 (2-business days later), I sent a SECOND email AND did an on-line Chat response. NO RESPONSE

Did not receive item Did not receive item. My credit card was charged. I have attempted several times to reach out via email with no reply. Additionally, when checking their online store, it says this ecommerce store is closed at this time. There is no other way to contact them.
