GBPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I receive my dog harness on 8/23/23 which was NOT PERSONALIZED as ordered. On this same day, I emailed their Customer Support Team requesting a FULL REFUND and instructions for RETURNING the dog harness. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT!! NO RESPONSE. So today, 8/25/23 (2-business days later), I sent a SECOND email AND did an on-line Chat response. NO RESPONSE

GBLove Them! Frequent Customer I have re-purchased customized collars and leashes for both of my cocker spaniels 3 times from Pups Closet! The quality of the material is very nice.
