GBThe course was very informative, but credit counselors are sub par The course was very informative. The credit counselor was an idiot, though. I explained to her I entered incorrect information in the course and tried to correct it, but it would not delete it completely. She just kept repeating herself about how I can't enter in information if it's incorrect. Duh! After several circles in conversation, she then slammed her hand on her desk so loud my husband and I could hear it over the phone. I just finally said "okay" because she couldn't seem to grasp that I understood the issue, and had tried to remedy it, but was unable to. Hire smarter people that have better skills in communication!
