A well organized and thoughtful approach Jody Michael Associates has a great process. It was a pleasure working with Amber. The initial conversation included some great questions, moving into a very clear questionnaire, digging further into my goals. In addition to getting what they needed, it helped me think more clearly about what I wanted. The reviews were easy and everything was quickly updated based on my feedback. The only downside is it's a Word document, so I'll have to spend time fixing the formatting in Google Docs. Everything else was great!

Can Be Immediately Applied I am not an early riser and this is a full day workshop so you really have to put in the effort to bring your most optimistic self into this. Jody kept it real, but had a great sense of empathy in the way she delivers her method. My self perception was not accurate in certain areas and I found this workshop pretty eye opening and I learned so much so quickly that I was able to take the lessons I learned and immediately apply it to a situation that was currently stressing me to my core and another situation that was more of an ongoing stressor for me. I was able to approach these things differently and am happy to say that I am already in a better space. The real work begins to continuously apply these teachings!

Amazing Amazing: expect to be shocked about yourself! I knew what I was coming into because I read Jody's book prior to this but I did not expect the results and the lessons I learned. I have been in therapy and had a coach before and THOUGHT I was mindful but I was not anywhere near where I want to be and should be. Seeing my results caused me a bit hurt but Jody teaches you ways to lead lightly and offers an app. I loved the 2 day course and thankful for Jody and my boss for introducing me to the book and class.

Engaging and dynamic keynote speaker Attended a leadership conference where I was pleasantly surprised by Jody Michael, one of the keynote speakers. While initially hesitant – it was the most engaging 3 hour talk I’ve ever listened to. Honestly, I didn’t expect to really walk away with any new information about effective leadership but after working through her exercises on accountability, I was absolutely blown away by identifying a major personal blind spot I never knew I had. My eyes have been opened and I’ve got some work to do. Thanks Jody, our paths will cross again.
