Passed my exam more than a month ago and still no certificate I have passed the exam on 23rd December 2020 and today is 27th January 2021. I still haven't received my certificate. I've sent 2 emails asking for status on my certificate and there is no response. I then spoke to their online chat support team twice and still no sign of my certificate. No correspondence explaining why I still have not received my certificate. It's pathetic!

Clear and efficient Great to have the possibility of teating online. The exam itself was setup with fantastic live tech support (I had a few problems on my end and they helped to find solutions to each as they arose). Worked just fine throughout. The 1hr timer starts before logging in, so some is wasted on copying codes in. Several questions were also not covered at all in the course material, and were only answerable from prior knowledge. Hopefully certificate delivery will not take a whole 10 days as warned. Overall very clear and efficient.
