The exam itself was setup with fantastic live tech support (I had a few problems on my end and they helped to find solutions to each as they arose). Worked just fine throughout. The 1hr timer starts before logging in, so some is wasted on copying codes in. Several questions were also not covered at all in the course material, and were only answerable from prior knowledge. Hopefully certificate delivery will not take a whole 10 days as warned. Overall very clear and efficient.
